How do we choose which roasters to include in our subscription box?

We choose our roasters depending on a number of factors. 

• First and foremost is flavor: clarity, complexity and cup quality
• Roast profile: roasts suitable for home brewers (filter, mokapot, ...)
• Origin: we focus mostly on single origin with the occasional blend
• Roasters: we manly select specialty coffee roasters from Belgium and Europe

How much coffee should I order, based on the amount of coffee I drink?

With 250 g coffee beans you can make around 25 cups of coffee, depending on whether or not you like to have stronger or lighter cups. If you're an avid coffee drinker we recommend either 500 g - 1 kg or our Combo Box (The Coffee box & The Premium Coffee Box) if you're feeling more adventurous.
