Drip brewing

Pour over

Ratio

  • 15 g coffee beans (medium grind)
  • 250 ml hot water (95°C)

Procedure

  • 0:00 - 0:45 bloom with 45 ml
    Softly swirl the brewer to evenly wet the grounds
  • 0:40 - 1:30 Slowly pour in the remaining 205 ml
    Softly swirl the brewer to level the coffee bed, resulting in a more even extraction

Finished in +- 2,5 to 3 minutes

Immersion brewing

French Press

Ratio

  • 15 g coffee (medium ground)
  • 250 ml hot water (95-98°C)

Procedure

  • Add the 250 ml of hot water
  • After 4 minutes mix and remove the top layer
  • Let it steep for at least another 3 minutes

Finished in 7 minutes during the week
Finished in 9 minutes on Sunday morning

Inverted method

AeroPress

Ratio

  • 11 g coffee beans (medium ground)
  • 200 ml hot water (95 °C)

Procedure

  • 0:00 - 2:00 1st pour to 200 ml
  • 2:00 - 2:30 stir and flip brewer onto your vessel
  • 2:30 - 3:00 press down gently

Finished in +- 3 minutes
