Pour over
Ratio
- 15 g coffee beans (medium grind)
- 250 ml hot water (95°C)
Procedure
- 0:00 - 0:45 bloom with 45 ml
Softly swirl the brewer to evenly wet the grounds - 0:40 - 1:30 Slowly pour in the remaining 205 ml
Softly swirl the brewer to level the coffee bed, resulting in a more even extraction
Finished in +- 2,5 to 3 minutes
French Press
Ratio
- 15 g coffee (medium ground)
- 250 ml hot water (95-98°C)
Procedure
- Add the 250 ml of hot water
- After 4 minutes mix and remove the top layer
- Let it steep for at least another 3 minutes
Finished in 7 minutes during the week
Finished in 9 minutes on Sunday morning
AeroPress
Ratio
- 11 g coffee beans (medium ground)
- 200 ml hot water (95 °C)
Procedure
- 0:00 - 2:00 1st pour to 200 ml
- 2:00 - 2:30 stir and flip brewer onto your vessel
- 2:30 - 3:00 press down gently
Finished in +- 3 minutes
