All we need from you is contact person on site to greet our baristas when they arrive, a space to set up, and one standard wall outlet.

For every event, we provide the following:

  • Unlimited Specialty drinks
  • Our full coffee cart menu with espresso-based drinks and more
  • Professional barista(s)
  • Stylish mobile coffee cart
  • Professional Italian espresso machine
  • All other necessary service equipment (coffee grinder, etc)
  • Freshly roasted coffee beans
  • Cups and lids
  • Extension cord

All finalised price quotes include travel, setup, beverage service, breakdown, and taxes.

We serve events all over Belgium.
Our standard service area is within 150 kilometer radius of our headquarters in Belgium, Mechelen.

Currently our focus is to only serve events in Belgium,
however we look forward to the possibility of serving the Netherlands, Germany and France in the future.

We are currently limited to one barista per event. 

  • Each barista can serve approximately 50 drinks per hour

  • One barista can typically handle a 2-hour event up to a maximum of 75-100 guests

  • Longer service times can allow for more guests

Here is a  specific scenario:

  1. Single Barista Recommended (1 cart):

    • Up to 75-100 guests for a 2-hour event

    • Up to 50 guests served per hour

    • Best for smaller, casual events

    • Perfect for open houses, morning meetings, weddings, etc.

We work on a first-come, first-served basis, but we’ll do our best to accommodate last minute reservations where possible.

  • A 30% deposit is required to secure your date.

  • All quotes are purely indicative and without obligation.

  • Your invoice (the remaining 70%) is due 7-14 days before the event, unless the invoice stipulates a different expiry date.

  • If your invoice is unpaid, Koji Coffee has the right to cease all further services.

You’ll receive a booking confirmation with a complete event summary including:
